From 1830 - 0800 Monday to Friday and at weekends or public holidays - please call NHS 111 (dial 111) to speak to a health professional.  Your needs will be assessed and advice offered.  Calls are free from landlines and most mobile phones although pay as you go mobiles need 1p credit to call.

Most emergency cover is provided by the out of hours service. In the interest of patients, the service records incoming telephone calls. These recordings are strictly confidential and are dealt with in exactly the same way as patients’ medical records.

For acute medical emergencies call 999, for example symptoms of a stroke, heart attach and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Between 0800 - 0830 and 1800 -1830 please call the practice on 01326 572637 and your call will be transferred to an answering service.
